HERE'S WHAT WE ARE DOING.

This Real Estate Team has been working together for the past 24 years - with 16 of those years at our own company, Indigo Beach Properties. Paula started her career at Sherman & Boone in 1992. Neal started his career at David Lyng Real Estate in 2000. Some of you have been working with Paula for the past 32 years!

But as many of you know, we are dealing with significant health challenges for this - may we say - hard working real estate team that has really enjoyed the business of real estate. Many of you have asked what we are planning to do and how we are going to handle our business going forward.

We have determined, that we cannot provide the level of service you are accustomed to, and to meet this challenge, we are now working with Caroll Basile of Bailey Properties to handle our business. You can still contact us, we are still happy to talk, but Caroll will be the one handling the day to day business and to whom we will be referring all of our business. We are excited about working with Caroll and know, as she already has demonstrated, that she will provide for you the level of client care we provided through the years.

Thank you so much for all your support for Indigo Beach Properties these past 16 years. It has been an honor serving and working with you. You've trusted us with some of the largest real estate transactions in the county and some of the most beautiful beach properties along the Coast. Our times with you have been rich and wonderful experiences. Along the way, we have made the most wonderful friends we could have ever hoped to have in our lives. We thank you so very, very much!

Here’s what caroll is doing.

Caroll is a wonderful, talented real estate agent who will be working with our clients going forward. Originally from France, Caroll moved to California to attend college. Upon graduating from UC Berkeley with a degree in Marketing and Finance, she began her career in tech which spanned 25 years, but later found her real passion in Real Estate here in Santa Cruz County..

Having grown up in Cannes on the French Riviera, you know what they say about the French: "They are passionate" and Caroll will bring that PASSION to help you buy and sell with confidence. This is why we chose to work with Caroll.

With a make-it-happen attitude and a personal approach, she has built her business by treating every clients' home sale or purchase as if it were her own. She knows that hands-on involvement is important in every step of the real estate process. Her clients receive transparent, honest and timely communication from start to finish. She mirrors the way we like to treat our clients and friends.

Caroll loves to travel the world with her family, and going back to France but she is always happy to come home to Santa Cruz.
